This 1972 MV 750 S is a ‘very unique’ specimen in the history of one of the world’s most famous models. This bike was first sold to Gianfranco Mazzanti, owner of the Massa-Carrara MV Racing Team based in Marble, Tuscany. Mazzanti retained the bike in perfect original condition before selling some years later to renown motorcycle collector, Mr. Vittorio Padroni. The bike was never ridden whilst in the Padroni collection.

The third and current owner is our good friend and Italian partner, Massimiliano Timi, who before acquiring the bike met with Enrico Sironi of the MV Agusta Historical register and museum curator in Samarate, Varese.

Mr Sironi’s comments, "it's a 1972 MV 750 S with correct frame/engine numbers, unique specimen for: frame reinforcements, Fontana magnesium front brake, Ceriani shocks and fairing. Sold in Massa-Carrara to Gianfranco Mazzanti - Carrara racing team”.

“Technically it's a 1971/72 transitional production, I cannot confirm or exclude that it's an SS as in the MV historical register we have no recorded evidence of the 3 prototypes made and never entered into production".

This is truly an exception example of a truly exception model in the history of Italian motorcycles. Completely original and unrestored, the bike is sold with its original factory fairing and is located with our Italian partner. The advertised includes FCL shipping and arrival charges into Sydney.
