1972 MV Agusta 350 Twin.

Whilst MV is better known for the larger capacity racing and road-going multi-cylinder creations, during the 60’s & 70’s they also produced a fabulous selection of smaller singles & twins, although very few made it out of Europe due to their asking prices.

Introduced at the 1971 Milan Show, MV’s first production 350 roadster was basically an over-bored version of the existing 250B model that had been around since 1967. Of unitary construction, the engine was a compact, twin-cylinder overhead-valve unit breathing through twin Dell’Orto carburettors and featuring gear primary drive to a five-speed transmission.

With 32bhp and top a speed in excess of 90mph, there was two versions: the touring 350GT and sports 350B, both of which were updated with 12-volt electrics and electronic ignition in 1972.

This 72 example was restored some time back, and as th epics suggest, has been sitting untouched under a blanket. A barn-find but without the barn-find resto requirement. Currently located in Italy, the advertise price includes shipping and arrival into Sydney.
