1969 MV Agusta 235 Trasporto Tevere Commercial  SOLD 2021

A very rare piece of Meccanica Verghera history. First registration 18 December 1969, this 235 Tevere was built to order for Edilstrade Spa, an Italian Ministry contracting company responsible for road maintenance, hence the bright colour scheme intended to make the vehicle highly visible day or night.

This vehicle was restored circa 2010 for the Cascina Costa annual MV celebration after which it has sat in a private collection amongst other notable MV Classics. Sold with the Tevere homologation data sheet, showing the vehicle was specifically designed and built with four forward gears and reverse, plus a dual ratio gearbox cabin operated via lever in the diver’s compartment floor.

Repainted in the correct paint scheme matched from original paint found in the cabin area, the restoration included rebuilding of engine, chassis, bodywork and all the ancillary systems. The Tevere will be delivered in perfect running order, with all the relevant papers and original manuals.
